Hello all,
I wonder if anyone can advise on a suitable source (prefferably europe)and / or specifications for a replacement boom microphone for a Dittel FSG 50 VHF radio. The current one is bust and I can replace the mic only, or (ideally) the whole flexible boom with something more petite and lightweight. A gliding friend has suggested that with advances in technology it might be possible to install a special mic on the instrument panel, that cuts out surrounding noise and is only sensitive towards the pilots head. Has anyone attempted this ? Results ? thanks for the attention Vassilis Mazis Greece |
