Home equity loans are the best -- low rates, long terms, and tax

It might be better to arrange alternate type loans from the bank. A personal loan is probably at a better rate. Some places offer a good rate on loans that are backed up by something like your securities... I just went through this with some friends and most anything we found beat the aircraft loan rates.
