Calm down McNulty and take a deep breath. There is what the lawyers call
*precedence* for this. When region 12 wanted to hold a nationals at Tonopah, they were told they must hold a regionals there first, so they did. Only problem is Tonopah is in region 11. I'll be glad to take that to a Phoenix court room. JJ Sinclair
