At least let's get him for things he was actually doing... All class C's provide the same service at 11 am on a Sunday morning. Am I reading this right that the pilot involved set himself up to land against the departing traffic? Yes, and depending on what kind of training happens in the area this wouldn't be unusual. Perhaps there was a recent windshift. |
