Already posted. www.rstengineering.com/eaabod and you can download the
form, the bio, the platform, and a readme file. Overseas? I think they will be understanding of the overseas postage costs and take an email attachment if it is clearly labeled what country it is coming from. They said they wanted the original signature, but I won't tell if you won't. Jim Many thanks...
