IMHO, one of the problems with the BMI is that it relates weight with the square of your height, not the cube. Dunno. The CDC claims that their specified BMI ranges correlate with mortality and morbidity. But I haven't reviewed the studies myself, so I don't have an independent opinion on the question. --Gary |
