If you read my response, you'll note that I made the mistake of misunderstanding the NBC news report saying that Mr. Bush was going from his vacation in Texas directly to the hurricane damage area. After posting that response, I checked some news websites to find out that Mr. Bush isn't going right away. I do expect a president of either party to make a visit, just not 'immediately'.
