Where do you get this BS? IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO BUILD NEW REFINERIES. Hmmm. Zero refineries built in the 28 years since EPA regulations were rolled out. That would be, exactly, zero. Sure, Mike, it's not impossible.
