Wrap the paper tight, lining up the marks and tape across the joint.
Twist the paper around to clock it right. Slap on another piece of
tape, with about 1/8" laying on the tube. Cheap scotch tape wants to
come apart rahter than off, and you just need a little to hold it in place.
