This is what happens when you're a schmuck and fly into IMC without an
Instument Rating... Only happens if you're a "schmuck" though, and cannot happen if you have an instrument rating. I'm not sure if this was a tongue-in-cheek post, or not -- but there are quite a few "loss of control in IMC" accidents every year by pilots with an IR in their pocket.
