Default AOPA's RTFP

I have a problem with this application providing me a flight route with
winds. I can click on the weather tab and get all the weather products,
but when I plan a flight I get no wind conditions. Any one else have
this problem? AOPA said to be sure that under Edit - Pilot that I have
my DUATS provider user name and password loaded. I do. And, it still
does not work. Any users that this function works.

If I use Cirrus or the Duats.com page, every thing works fine.
