My sister lives in west Houston and I was think about going and see her.

Do you
have any reconditions on smaller airports in the west Houston area?

It depends upon which part of west Houston...

West Houston (IWS) is convenient for around the TX-6/I-10 area.
David Wayne Hooks (DWH) is preferred if in the NW part of Houston, probably
closest to Compaq/HP.
Sugar Land (SGR) if preferred if in the SW part of Houston, around the
TX-6/US-59 area.
Weiser (EYQ) is preferred if you are around the US-290/TX-6 area or if you
just want some BBQ.
Westheimer (O07) is preferred if around the US-99/FM-1093 area.

Kind of depends on your definition of 'west' and *how* 'west'...
