Default Need help identifying a special tool

My maintenance manual describes (what appears to be) a 90º gear drive
extension. I cannot identify it by part number, nor can I seem to locate a
source for purchase.

Details: http://www.turbinefun.com/SpecialTool.asp

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help.
Larry
