If the weather is that bad I do not launch. I did not get my IFR ticket to kill myself That is a really weird point of view, IMHO. As someone else mentioned, you'd be unable to legally launch with a 1200 feet ceiling. If you consider that a major risk, why did you get the IR in the first place? -- Thomas Borchert (EDDH)
