Yeah, this is the kind of "community optimization" I think could be a
big part of such an undertaking. If everyone starts contributing routes
that "seem to be standard", the system would be able to better match what
is likely to be granted. Managing such data is quite a task but I like
the thought of being able to use it.

'course I also want to assign higher route costs to airways that traverse
active MOAs, etc.
