CRJ crash at KLEX:

That visual cue screams that you're on the wrong runway, particularly pre-dawn. If that's indeed the case, it would speak to negligence. I wonder what they were doing/thinking. It wasn't pre-dawn. The preliminary NTSB data online gives the time of the incident as 6:07 EDT. An online calculator gives the time of sunrise at KLEX on that date as 6:04:37 AM.
