I thought that this is a place for us to indulge in our own, private,
form of insanity. I like to dogfight with those loons, just to see what
kind of specious logic they come up with.


Its bad enough I have to turn on the TV at night and watch some moron tell
me that George Bush personally flew down to New Orleans, put on a frogman
suit, dove down to the bottom of the levee in the 9th ward and personally
placed dynamite there to blow the levee up and flood the ward so that all
the black people would have to move to Houston and so doing change the state
of Louisiana to Republican!

Thing is, it has happened. Well maybe not this /exactly/ but enough
poor people were removed from their homes in London UK in order
to achieve exactly that purpose about 15 or 20 years ago.
The difference is that on one case the tool used was the
government's own money (i.e. the peoples' money) and in the other
case water is speculated to have been used.

I think that what it says here is substantialy correct.

politician who engineered the move. Maybe they would also remember
who gave then a cheap house when it came election time?

It's quite a story. Completely unbelievable, as was Watergate.
