Why? Any office supply store has the 5.5 x 8.5 3-ring binders which are
*exactly* the same size as Jepp binders -- just not with 7 rings.
Adjust a 3-ring punch for the smaller binder and punch your own.
A 3-hole punch ranges from $5 on up.
