There is no reason whatsoever a real pilot would/should get into a situation where there is only 10 mins left worth of fuel. NO matter what. Medical emergency. Pilot passes out with autopilot running, comes to just before the fuel runs out. IIRC, it was an incident like this that got the late Gordon Baxter to finally quit flying.
