Actually, a CWO4 (Chief Warrant Officer) is probably the division officer
for one of the maintenance divisions in the squadron. The names at the cockpit are squadron officers. Starting with the first side number, usually the 00 bird is the Air Wing Commander, the 01 is the squadron Commanding Officer etc. If they put different names on each side, they can get all of the officers regardless if they're pilots or not.
