While I was training for my private, there was a guy in a wheelchair also training. More than once I helped him in or out of the aircraft. There was also the recent thread of the blind pilot. I would have assumed that neither of these could fly. Don't assume anything. I have applied. I have very limited movement of my arms. And they feel numb to me, so I get no feedback.
