The *person* is unqualified. Not their race, not their gender.

You're an idiot. People can do a good job regardless of their
nationality, beliefs, or whether they sit or stand to pee. If you did
once work for the FAA and were fired, then the intelligence you'd
demonstrated in your post tells me that their decision was logical.
