Some people have squeezed and tortured the numbers to try and suggest this, but looking at cancer numbers downwind of the Nevada Test Site doen't show that much of an indication. Radiation exposure is not linear in effects at low doses, apparently. -- Remember: Objects in rearview mirror may be hallucinations. Slam on brakes accordingly.
