The plan is to sit down and calmly negotiate with the inbound terrorists is
a loving, trusting and supporting atmosphere where an open and free
exchange of feelings is encouraged.

If there isn't a supportive negotiator on the flight, the in flight
telephones are a cost effective alternative. In this way - a
mutually acceptable solution can be achieved without the need for expensive
or obsolescent weapon systems.
