free.

We *know* we can, but that doesn't mean we *want* or even *have* to. Many
times before people have asked to have binaries posted to ABPA in a plain
readily downloadable format, that everybody can read out of the box, so ABPA
remains as open as possible.

yEnc-ers are smart. I mean: you managed to figure yEnc out, so you're
obviously not stupid. The requests of the general population to not use yEnc
should be a piece of cake for you then, right? :-)
