Mine showed up yesterday. It is chronically late but the mail sevice in Tehachapi has been poor / bad since I mover here in 1989. That year they caught a mail delivery guy who, instead of delivering mail, was dumping it in his garage and watching TV. Got caught when the mountian of mail began sliding ou beneath the door. Many mnagazines are late and have been taken from their sleeves and apparently read. Tax dollars at work. Actually, this is one of the many the joys of privatization. (http://usgovinfo.about.com/blpostalservice.htm) We need to do this to more agencies, since it's worked so good for electricity/gas, mail, etc. Who needs reliable infrastructure with functioning oversight anyways. |
