I think I read somewhere that the NTSB report stated probable cause as
pilot's lack of judgement (i.e. gottagettoaurinalittis), with
contributing factors being failure to do a proper preflight, and
overfull pilot bladder placing c.g. outside approved limits.

And buzzing the tower didn't get any accolades either...
