Default Randy Haskin on History Channel?

Last night I was watching a documentary about the F-15 on the
History Channel (aired at 9pm/ET) and one of the jocks they
intereviewed was a "Randall Haskin." Just curious if it was
the same "Randy Haskin" who posts on this NG as "Randy
Haskin -- Strike Eagle Driver." (???)

(They also interviewed the Israeli F-15 pilot whom, after
colliding mid-air with another Israeli jet, miraculously managed
to land his Eagle with the entire_right_wing gone! Absolutely
incredible, and testamony to the mighty Eagle's kickassedness.)
