More flaps?

Well, increasing flap always increases drag and never really improves things. he already has some out but if he hadn't any out and added the first notch it might have helped him a bit. Doubt it though. Yup Flap was the least of his worries. You -have to- lower the nose to gain flying speed. A very unnatural thing for the untrained to do with the scenery going by so close..
