all the literature.

I QUOTED YOU THE LITERATURE. SPECIFICALLY, FAA-H-8083-3A: IE, The
Federal Aviation Administration Airplane Flying Handbook, chapter 3, page 2.

The FAA knows a whole hell of a lot more about flying than you,
regardless of what you claim you've read.
