The FAA has a long and sordid history of lying about
everything. The link above is one example of minority hiring
and promotion bias in the FAA and reverse racism against
white males. The vast majority of cases are hidden and
buried by the official FAA and Government ass covering goon
squads. As a matter of fact, some of those "Incompetent"
minorities are in senior FAA management as we speak.

Asking about specific minority incompetence within the FAA
is like asking for the location of the Ark of the Covenant

Now, if you go to any FAA ATCT or TRACON location and pull
any controller or technician aside for a beer and some
private conversation you will get all the evidence you need.

posted for the world to see you are living in fantasy land.
Can you imagine ANY Government official making an official
charge of "Incompetence"!?!? toward a minority? EEO and the
Media and the Justice Department will be all over them like
stink on ****.

The prime directive of the EEO/DIVERSITY SCAM within
Government is to suppress and terminate ANY allegations of
minority incompetence by belittling the messenger especially

However, minority incompetence in the FAA does exist. It is
a HUGE problem. It IS the problem with the FAA. But you will
NEVER find the evidence you are seeking within Government.
Why? Because it is buried and hidden by the masters of
manipulation and lies. FAA Management and their politically
