Default XC-Soar and HP310 / HP314 (Euro)

Hi Folks

I have XC-Soar running on my new HP314 and it is good. I have increased
the font size on the info boxes to 60pt and they are very readable. Screen
is bright and easy to see in all conditions except when the unit is aligned
so that the sun reflects directly off it into your eyes. In fact I think it
has an amazing tolerance to viewing angles and ambient light.

I have got the UK maps on with UK airspace and turnpoints and although I
haven't flown with it yet, using it in the car with built in GPS is very
promising.

Have purchased a li-ion booster battery and will let you know how that
goes. Problem now is the serial / bluetooth.

I have bought an Aircable Mini Bluetooth plug which is a doddle to set up
to work with my Garmin / LX and will happily send NMEA sentences to my
laptop bluetooth. But how to set up the 314 to connect and receive these
into XC-Soar?? I haven't been able to get it going yet.

If anyone knows the answer please help.

Jim
