course most importantly the drug, play a role. To give you an
example, some cocaine addicts once successfully withdrawn, cannot just
recover back to their pre-coke addiction state, but must take a
substitute drug for the rest of their lives. This is a secondary
problem in pharmacological treatment.

Why not switch off the coke to say, psilocybin?
