I believe *all* Military training Routes (often seen abreviated as MTR) are waived for operations exceeding 250 KIAS. In the BUFF we flew both IR and VR routes at 360 KIAS (planned). IIRC, there used to be "low speed" or "slow speed" MTRs as well; I don't know if they still exist. High-speed MTRs can have restrictions, but the ones I've seen are usually in the 450-480 KIAS range.
