Default Lee Wave New Mexico and Colorado

Looking at maps it appears, that when conditions are right, a lee
wave might form that would run north and south from Las Vegas New
Mexico to Cheyenne Wyoming. Is this a location where long north south
flights can be made in wave lift? If so, could you reference some
flight logs
