Default Options for shipping a glider in trailer within Continental USA?

Assuming that I do not want to personally tow a glider in a trailer for 3000 miles, what are my options? Costs?

Extra lift coupons awarded for relatively recent real life success stories (double lift coupons awarded for horror stories, triple lift coupons awarded for funny horror stories). What about insurance?

Are there people that enjoy doing this sort of transport and that might enjoy taking an all expenses paid trip, with compensating favors?
