CAI302 Push/Pull Arrows Missing

If the C302 is really working all except the LCD push/pull arrows
then I would return it to Cambridge, but I'd carefully exclude more
other things first...

If Darryl's suggestions don't help, I'd suggest the connections between
the LCD and the circuitry did not get properly put back together.
