Stall/spin caused by aft CG from shifted load or just plain overloading?

Apparently the former: an MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected)
truck. These things are meant to drive right through a hot combat
area, screw the mines and IEDs -- they run 28,000-40,000 pounds.

Presumably it broke loose on rotation.
