Delivery was in my experience about two weeks. Your down time between the old and new harness will be counted in minutes.

Re-webbed will likely be less than half of those new prices, assuming the hardware is in good condition and can be reused. I had Wag-Aero reweb the belts for my Austria, and I don't think their lead time was more than a couple weeks.
