Time for a solar panel on the trailer roof, storage battery, and a 12 volt fence charger, one with a couple of joules should do . . . it keeps the bears away from my Husky and should work well for an aluminum trailer. For a glass trailer, you'd have to make some connections inside to metal handles etc. Also need a ground rod. Oh - and a way to turn it off remotely :c)
