FAI, soaring and Olympic Games

I for one think this would be very, very smart with minimal downside. I don't have that issue yet. How many summer Olympics are held near to good soaring? I guess maybe, if it can be a couple of hundred km away. The glider racing at the Dubai air games was a joke.
