You could always go to REI and get a set of down booties, but if you bailout they are not the best for walking. Leather Dubrry boots (kind of looks like Uggs) are warm light and not too bulky. Those boots are actually sailing boots, but I have put my feet in wet (wet socks, wet boots) in winter offshore and at the end of my watch my feet, socks and boots were dry.
