I’ve never been there and never met Rich, but I doubt he was looking to be in the middle of an international situation, and is just trying to do the best he can while the courts sort this out.

Let's be clear he I am not ADVOCATING ANYTHING! I have no dog in the fight either way. What I read was a seeming denial by Rich Owen that anything untoward, let alone illegal, chain of events had occurred. A very simple internet search showed the truth to be exactly the opposite. Maybe Rich is very naive, so I felt it appropriate to put the facts out there and let the chips fall where they may. Rich could very well be in serious legal trouble, but that is not for me to say. If I were him I would hire a criminal attorney and find out.

What the rightful owners of Seminole-Lake a/p do is entirely up to them, not me. I have ALREADY stated that it is in their best interests to keep operating it; did you not read that?

Some people on RAS want to put their heads into the sand and pretend that things are not as they are. But one thing is very clear: Tanjala is a VERY BAD character, and I would have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with him.
