XCSkies updated 2019.. last few months - Faster, smoother better UI

I liked the 3-day format they used then better than the current 5-day format, for two reasons: it fit way better on the screen without making it all look tiny, and more than 3 days out the forecasts are rather inaccurate anyway. But in any case I find that seeing the time development through the day like that is very helpful.
