Thomas,
what country? Since you seem to be in Germany, Aerokurier and Fliegermagazin seem to be logical choices. Not to mention Pilot & Flugzeug ,-) There is reason for posting this to RAP and not to a de.* group. Regards Kai |

Kai,
Not to mention Pilot & Flugzeug ,-) I don't consider that writing. It insults my profession (I am a journalist). It is ranting, not writing. -- Thomas Borchert (EDDH) |

They tend to just recycle the same old stuff in my opinion. I haven't found it overly useful. I kept the other Belvoir mags: Aviation Safety and IFR. |

If ya have only ONE magazine to read, I would pick AOPA Flight Training
Magazine. Great content and it's more than 'just for primary students'. In fact I see my CFI checking it out all the time. I look forward to each issue as I almost always find some 'gold' to mine from each monthly magazine. -- -- Good Flights! Cecil E. Chapman, Jr. PP-ASEL "We who fly do so for the love of flying. Hello community, if you would have to choose, which pilot (or aviation related) magazine would you choose? Flying? Plane & Pilot? Prite Pilot? Or any other? Or do you think subscribing to a mag is completely nonsense? Thanks in advance for your reply. Regards Kai Glaesner |

Or do you think subscribing to a mag is completely nonsense? When I began training, I subscribed to AOPA Pilot, Flying, and Private Pilot. I didn't renew Private Pilot, and I dropped Flying after the second year. Now AOPA Pilot is the only magazine that comes in the mail, and I confess I don't read even that from cover to cover. all the best -- Dan Ford email: (put CUB in subject line) see the Warbird's Forum at www.warbirdforum.com and the Piper Cub Forum at www.pipercubforum.com |

Not that it really fits into this group, but Experimental Aircraft
Association (EAA) has several different publications. Most of the information revolves around systems and theories but as a GA pilot in airplanes, it sure done me a lot of good. Of course now I will be buying a kit to build and airplane for myself. Fred "Kai Glaesner" wrote in message ... But are you like me, aiming directly for the back cover? Andrew |
