Re Clyinders now okay for badge and records

Well I agree that if you have a PDA displaying the
pie cut...then you save distance/time using that OZ.
But if you are flying with a logger only...then I
suspect you will save time/distance by accepting the
penalty, rather then wandering about using various
techniques to be sure you get into the pie cut.
