SNIP
Why do you feel it necessary to police usenet. While you were wasting your
time moaning at me you could be catching those *******s down at the mall
parking in handicapped spaces.

Back to the original subject of this thread. A notation from the EIC
of the awful news nutworks in todays edition he claims to be a
occaisional MU-2 jockey.Sounds like the time they had an airshow at
Winterhaven, Florida. An Extra 260 taxied past and mooz started yakking
to the announcer that he had many hours in the Extra. Over the PA the
announcer said "we have a person up here that CLAIMS to have flown the
Extra 260".

That statement like many statements I gave to the news media are edited.I talked
with quite a few media people during the first few days after the accident and
they only use a small portion of what you say.

Couple years ago ago I was interviewd by three network afilliate
stations. One interview ran over 20 minutes. The other two were about
10 minutes or so each. Out of all that I had about 15 seconds on one
and two quick flashes on the other. One only quoted me.

It gets edited a *lot*

Are you implying that the AP reporter purposefully misquoted you? I do
believe that AP's management deserves to hear about this little accusation
of yours. Hmmm...

Do you actually believe that's what I implied? Call AP's management and tell
them what you think, then tell them to call me.... Boy you need more practice on
how to threaten somebody, compared to zoom your a piker. Try saying "govern
yourself accordingly" or "the authorities have been notified" or the all time
favorite "I'll see you in court".

Actually your "AP's management deserves to hear about this little accusation
of yours. Hmmm... " is really kinda wimpy .Better check with zoomy and see how
it's done....Better go and play with your goat pucho!!

Actually your exactly right Bob .Here's what I said right from jaun's
source:

"It's not designed to fly without a fuselage cover," Slusarczyk said,
adding
that he hopes to visit Jackson, see the wreckage and confer with the
National
Transportation Safety Board to help determine the cause of the crash."

It wasn't designed to without a fuselage cover but I never said that's
why it
crashed.

Just to play devils advocate here, you were talking to a reporter about
the fatal crash of one of you ultralight designs. If you didn't intend to
infer that flying the ultralight without a fuselage may have contributed
to the crash why on earth would you mention it?

Ric

Don't bother, Ric, it's the same BS technique he used in another near fatal
accident. The insurance company didn't even bother to go to trial.

Jaun, most insurance payoffs do not go to trial.
