trying to find information about alcohol contents. I'd love to get the
auto fuel STC for my Skylane, but I've not been able to find a website,
either by the NC DOT or whomever, indicating whether or not mogas has
alcohol in NC. So far, the pumps I've been at don't indicate alcohol
contents, but I don't know if it's required or not.

Mogas pumps that contain alcohol are required to be labeled as such. I
don't remember how I know that, but I am sure that is the case.

As far as other oxygen additives go, if you live in a county that has
required auto emissions testing, they will add them in the summer months.
Other counties near them may have them added, if their suppliers are in one
of those counties.
