Shouldn't have been "hard to find"--Amazon has always listed it.

Amazon says immediate shipping. It's twenty bucks, which means that
even if you pay shipping you get it cheaper than retail. Better yet,
buy one of my books too and you qualify for free shipping

As usual, shipping to Brasil costs almost as much (or more) as the book
itself. Total cost of $56.55 with a 2-6 business days delivery, US$37.55
with a 7-11 business days delivery. Or only US$32.55 if you can wait a month
or so... :-) And with an exchange rate of almost R$3,00 to the dollar...
Oh, man... How I miss the "not so long ago time" when the exchange rate was
of about R$1,20 x 1 and I bought books from Amazon every month...
