NOTE: Unlike the small or cheap guys, we are not looking for the
mythical "+ Towpilot, +A&P". Our commercial operation has focus: Our
CML-A+ towpilots are primarily young airplane time-builders who do not
fly gliders. Our full-time salaried IA Mechanic works ALONE. What we
are looking for is a reasonably seasoned (hours not age) gliding and
soaring pilot and teacher, and not a freshly minted CFI-G add-on from
CFI-A (let alone yet to get it and learn the subtleties of teaching in
gliders!).
